We respect the privacy of your family. We never share or sell any of the information you give us about your child such as account information and pictures. We do not save or store any payment information.

We won't spam, sell or rent any information your friends and family provide when they make a pledge payment to your child. All pledge payment information is private.

We share your concerns about security. All transactions are encrypted to ensure safety and security when personal and payment data are transmitted. We use high-grade, 256-bit encryption. The same level of encryption as your bank. We do not retain any credit card or payment information ever. Not from you nor any of your Pledge Sponsors. All money is held in an FDIC insured bank account until transferred to your designated savings account at the end of the Game-a-thon.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell, loan, or give any of our customer information to third parties. On occasion we will send out e-mail notifications to our customer list. If you would like to be removed from this list, please send an e-mail to: info@tivitz.com with REMOVE in the subject line. Cookies: Cookies are bits of electronic information that a website can transfer to a visitor’s hard drive to help tailor and keep records of his or her visit to the SAS Games site. The “cookie” itself does not tell us who you are, your e-mail address or any other personal information. Even without accepting a cookie you can still access most of the features on the site. We use cookies so that they can help provide our visitors with a better experience on our site.

Personally identifiable information: When you order products or register on the site, we need you to provide your name, e-mail address, mailing address, day phone number and credit card information (when ordering products only).

Navigational information: SAS Games, Inc. logs the user’s Internet Protocol Address (IP). An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your PC every time you browse the Internet. Information from IP addresses is used for system administration, to examine overall traffic trends, troubleshooting, etc. This information is used only in the aggregate form. IP addresses are not linked to any personally identifiable information, meaning the user session is tracked, but the user is anonymous.
